At Enchanted Toy Shop, we want your whimsical wardrobe to fit perfectly. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer stress-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
